Cabbola has been installing catering equipment with unequalled service since 1988.
It is important that when new catering equipment is installed, it’s installed correctly by qualified installation engineers, and with the minimum of disruption.
With our experience you can be assured that your catering equipment will be reliable and perform as expected.
Commissioning
Once your new catering equipment has been installed, it will be set up and tested to ensure it is working correctly.
We may also calibrate settings as per manufacturers guidelines, so that its performs exactly as intended. In some cases the manufacturer will assist in the commissioning of your new catering equipment.
Training and guidance is given on all newly installed catering and restaurant equipment.
All catering equipment manuals and instructions will be bound by Cabbola in an indexed manual for your easy reference. |
Foodservice Equipment Handbook
Cabbola is continually striving to be ahead of the curve providing continued support to our clients. We decided to developed our own ‘in-house’ Handbook to further assist kitchen managers and chefs get the best from their Catering Equipment.
The 38 page booklet is designed to assist all users on how to best look after their catering kitchen and extend the life of the catering equipment.
It describes how to maintain catering equipment to assure trouble free use. It also includes hints and tips on proper operation, preventative maintenance, and health and safety aspects. The handbook is intended to be used with manufacturers instructions.
Catering equipment is expensive, so we thought that it important you are able to operate your equipment with complete confidence, and extend its life for as long as possible. Read the booklet carefully.
